VoldemortThe plan of Voldimort was the same as the plan of a rat would be, just do one thing, make horkruxes and hope that nobody will destroy them. The good world domination plan is to make two horkruxes’ and seek the deathly hallows after you have made the philosophers stone and stocked up on unicorn blood. This is the way to obtain immortality. Unfortunately the philosophers stone is gone, unicorn blood is hard to obtain, the deathly hallows are basically impossible and the horkruxes are dangerous to make and could kill you. Therefore it all seems to fall into the category of thing Voldimort would do!Voldemort
